On June 30, 2014 WMTGC’s capital campaign: “Connecting Communities, Completing the Vision” came to a close. We are thrilled to announce that we surpassed our fundraising goal and raised $3.6 million to help fund three main areas of need in the trail world:

Establish a maintenance fund for long and short term needs within our West Michigan Fred Meijer Regional Trail Network Create “key connectors” between the primary trail corridors, allowing for seamless travel between trails Provide support for updated signage and amenities along the trails

You are cordially invited to the Friends of the Fred Meijer Heartland Trail Annual Banquet on May 4, 2019, to be held in Edmore at the Curtis Building, 209 Sheldon Street. A social hour that includes silent auction begins at 5:00 pm. Dinner will be served at 6:00 pm and will include fried chicken and roast beef with several sides and dessert.   Tickets are $15.00 and will not be sold at the door.
